This post is so accurate, the sad thing is there aren’t that many people who realize they have this choice. The problem is we only have a limited time on this planet, and why would anyone want to use that time to not be happy?

Tracy, that was a very positive article. We need more of them.

All inspiration is that which creates ideas. All ideas will come under the test. When we look deeper into the testing of an idea we can see that there are actually 7 stages that the idea will go through before we can reap the full fruits of it. Each stage is designed to cause the recipient of the idea to grow into a place where they can then receive a greater one – and the cycle then starts again.

I’m a believer in the ‘find your happy’ concept, am always making lemonade, remember daily how blessed I am with friends and family, and think I might have to try your suggestion of journaling!

Hi, Tracy.

The subject of this post caught my eye because tonight we had a lesson during our family night on gratitude. Our daughter got so caught up in listing things she was grateful for that she didn’t want to quit! We decided that at dinner each night we are going to tell 5 things we are thankful for. Our family is facing a tough time right now, and we feel this will help us keep a good attitude.
